does anyone know of an anime girl with blonde hair that comes to the top of the shoulders and glasses with blue eyes?
thats me, i need some help finding a costume to cosplay

If you're familiar with Neon Genesis Evangelion, you could always do Ritsuko Akagi.
However, if you're willing to invest in a wig, your character options are wide open. If you don't have contacts and are "blind w/o your glasses" then you could look into a character with glasses or simply do any character and take your glasses off for pics.

hey yea I'm trying to help my bf out b/c he wants to be Uryu from bleach.... how do u make the Bow he holds its big and I've seen it but what do u make it out of and how can u make one real easily

I'm afraid there really isn't an easy way to make that bow. Some of the versions are a bit easier... but they're all going to take a good amount of effort, work, and time.
